Our Measure 2D service delivers basic site measurement and essential floor plans for projects where fundamental accuracy is sufficient and budget is a priority. Using laser measuring tools and manual techniques, our surveyor captures key dimensions and layout data on site. We then produce a clear, dimensioned floor plan showing room layouts, sizes, and key features — delivered quickly and cost-effectively. Ideal for early-stage planning, feasibility studies, and smaller projects where full 3D scanning is not required.

Capture 3D delivers the full power of 3D laser scanning technology. Using the highest quality equipment available, we capture a complete, millimetre-accurate digital record of your space — every surface, every dimension, every spatial relationship. The deliverable includes fully dimensioned floor plans, detailed elevations, photorealistic 3D visuals, and the complete processed point cloud dataset. This provides the ultimate foundation for design work, BIM workflows, and any application where the complete three-dimensional reality of the space must be preserved.

The Showcase service is our premium offering — combining full 3D capture with a polished visual walkthrough of the completed project. It involves two visits: the initial comprehensive 3D scan, and a return visit once the space is complete to capture the finished environment. The result is a navigable digital twin — a photorealistic virtual tour that can be shared with clients, investors, or stakeholders anywhere in the world. This additional asset has genuine marketing value and can be passed to the end client with or without a fee, at your discretion.
